| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá významem moderních technologií Průmyslu 4.0 a jejich vlivem na cestovní ruch. Teoretická část práce specifikuje konkrétní technologie a jejich obecné využití. Následně se zabývá využíváním těchto technologií zejména v cestovním ruchu v České republice i ve světě. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá výzkumem, jehož cílem je odpovědět na otázku vybavenosti ubytovacích zařízení technologiemi Průmyslu 4.0 a zjištění názorů na tyto technologie z pohledu vedoucích pracovníků ubytovacích zařízení. Pro lepší zhodnocení dané problematiky je druhá část výzkumu směřována také na pohled spotřebitelů a jejich názory na tyto moderní technologie, které využívají před nebo během svého pobytu v ubytovacím zařízení. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the importance of modern technologies of Industry 4.0 and their impact on tourism. The theoretical part specifies the modern technologies and their general use. Subsequently, it deals with the use of these technologies, especially in tourism in the Czech Republic and abroad. The practical part deals with the research, which aims to answear the question of the equipment of accommodation facilities with the technologies of Industry 4.0 and to find out opinions on these technologies from accommodation facilities managers. For a better appreciation of the issues is the second part of the research also aimed at the view of consumers and their views on these modern technologies, which they use before or during their stay in the accommodation facility. |
