| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mezinárodní problematiku pojistných podvodů. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou část a na praktickou část. Úvodní kapitoly definují pojistný podvod včetně současné legislativní úpravy v České republice a jednotlivých typů pojistných podvodů. Následně vymezuje důvody páchání a detekci pojistných podvodů. Praktická část se zabývá vývojem pojistných podvodů podle České asociace pojišťoven a podle Policie ČR. Díky této analýze dále uvádí možné důsledky a trendy pojistných podvodů. Součástí bakalářské práce je i analýza dotazníkového šetření. Závěr se věnuje celosvětové pandemii COVID-19 a jejím dopadům na pojistné podvody. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor´s thesis focuses on international issue of insurance fraud. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical one. In the introduction it defines what the insurance fraud is including our current legislation in the Czech Republic as well as it covers its types and what kinds of insurance frauds we have. It defines the motives for committing insurance frauds and recognizing them. The practical part focuses on the evolution of insurance fraud according to the Czech association of insurance companies and state police of the Czech Republic. Thanks to this analysis we can better understand the consequences and its trends of insurance frauds. One part of bachelor´s thesis includes the analysis of the questionnaire. At the end, the thesis is focused on the worldwide pandemic Covid-19 and its effects on insurance frauds. |
