| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provedení finanční a strategické analýzy společnosti Czech Airlines Handling a.s. v časovém úseku 2014 - 2019 a na základě výstupů navrhnout finanční plán pro následující rok. V úvodu do problematiky se budu zabývat teoretickou částí: popíšu zdroje informací pro analýzu, její uživatele a metody samotné analýzy (spolu s ukazateli), které jsem použila, a na konci představím vybranou společnost a její konkurenty na českém trhu. V rámci finanční analýzy, což je hlavní část mé práce, jsem se zaměřila na horizontální a vertikální analýzu, poměrové ukazatele, ukazatel tvorby hodnoty EVA a bonitní a bankrotní model. V rámci strategické analýzy byla provedena PEST a SWOT analýza. Všechny ukazatele byly vypočítány i pro konkurenta a porovnány s výsledky ČSA Handling a.s. Při zpracování bonitního a bankrotního modelu byly výsledky spočítány i pro další společnost působící na českém trhu, která ale není přímým konkurentem. V závěrečné části práce jsem se věnovala finančnímu plánu pro další rok. Na základě finanční a strategické analýzy, doplněné osobními poznatky a doporučení pro další vývoj společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master thesis is to perform a financial and strategic analysis of the company Czech Airlines Handling a.s. in the period 2014 - 2019 and on the basis of outputs to propose a financial plan for the next year. In the introduction I will deal with the theoretical part: describe the sources of information for the analysis, its users and methods of analysis (along with indicators) that were use. Thank I will introduce the selected company and its competitors in the Czech market. Within the financial analysis, which is the main part of this thesis, I focused on the horizontal and vertical analysis, financial indicators, the indicator of added value - EVA and the creditworthiness and bankruptcy model. As part of the strategic analysis, a PEST and SWOT analysis were performed. All indicators were also calculated for a competitor and compared with the results of ČSA Handling a.s. When processing the creditworthiness and bankruptcy model, the results were also calculated for another company operating on the Czech market, which is not a direct competitor. In the final part of the work, I focused on the financial plan for the next year. Based on financial and strategic analysis, supplemented by personal knowledge, and recommendations for the further development of the company were created. |
