| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovním trhem Velké Británie a zaměřuje se na vývoj zaměstnanosti během Velké recese. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnotit příčiny nízkého nárůstu nezaměstnanosti i přes hluboký propad produktivity ve zmíněném období. Pro objektivní zhodnocení je v práci použita komparace s 6 zástupci jednotlivých socio-ekonomických modelů. Konkrétně práce obsahuje porovnání s Francií, Německem, Španělskem, Spojenými státy americkými, Itálií a Norskem. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje obecné teorii trhu práce a charakterizuje 4 socio-ekonomické modely. Ve druhé části charakterizuje trh práce Velké Británie. Druhá kapitola práce zaměřuje změny na pracovním trhu provedené vládou Tonyho Blaira na začátku 21.století a jejich vliv na zaměstnanost. Třetí kapitola následně analyzuje vývoj zaměstnanosti během finanční krize a porovnává jej s již zmíněnými 6 státy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the labor market of the United Kingdom and focuses on the development of employment during the Great Recession. The aim of this work is to evaluate the causes of low unemployment due to a deep decline in productivity in the period. For objective evaluation, a comparison with 6 representatives of individual socio-economic models is used in the work. Specifically, the work contains a comparison with France, Germany, Spain, the United States, Italy and Norway. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the general theory of the labor market and characterizes 4 socio-economic models. The second part characterizes the labor market of Great Britain. The second chapter focuses on the changes in the labor market made by the government of Tony Blair at the beginning of the 21st century and their impact on employment. The third chapter then analyses the development of employment during the financial crisis and compares it with the already mentioned 6 countries. |
