| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním zabezpečením v České republice, pandemií COVID-19 a jejími dopady. Cílem bakalářské práce je poskytnout ucelené informace o sociálním zabezpečení v České republice. Představit problematiku sociálního zabezpečení v současnosti a zaměřit se na jeho změny, které se uskutečnily od března 2020 v souvislosti s pandemií COVID-19. Dalším cílem je zodpovězení otázky, jaký vliv měla doposud pandemie COVID-19 na Českou republiku a její obyvatele po ekonomické a sociální stránce. Systém sociálního zabezpečení byl analyzován a porovnán s jeho podobou vzniklou během pandemie. Jak zprovedeného dotazníkového šetření vyplývá, pandemie pro obyvatele znamenala spíše negativní dopad. Sociální zabezpečení v České republice, jeho dávky, legislativa a financování byly pandemií značně ovlivněny. Negativní dopad zaznamenala zejména ekonomika státu a její financování. Změna legislativy a dávek z důvodu pandemie znamenala pro obyvatele větší finanční pomoc od státu. Na závěr jsou shrnuty návrhy řešení aktuálních problémů souvisejících s pandemickou situací. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with social security in the Czech Republic, the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide comprehensive information on social security in the Czech Republic. Introduce the issue of social security today and focus on its changes that have taken place since March 2020 in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. Another aim is to answer the question of what effect the COVID-19 pandemic has had so far on the Czech Republic and its inhabitants from an economic and social point of view. The social security system was analysed and compared with its form created during the pandemic. As the questionnaire survey shows, the pandemic had a rather negative impact on the population. Social security in the Czech Republic, its benefits, legislation and financing were significantly affected by the pandemic. The state economy and its financing in particular had a negative impact. The change in legislation and benefits due to the pandemic meant more financial assistance from the state for the population. Finally, suggestions for solving current problems related to the pandemic situation are summarized. |
