| Abstract: | Práce zkoumá systémy podpory obnovitelných zdrojů energie v Evropské unii. Představuje rámec podpory, který je formován na úrovni Evropské unie, seznamuje s jednotlivými systémy podpory a dále představuje jejich aplikaci v praxi na případové studii Německa a Španělska. Práce se zabývá systémy podpory na národní i evropské úrovni. Cílem práce je představení různých alternativ podpory OZE, vyhodnocení jejich silných a slabých stránek a identifikace těch systémů, které vnímám jako nejvhodnější při rozvoji OZE. Práce usiluje o to zjistit, jak je podpora poskytována, jaké jsou její formy a co vede ke změnám mechanismů podpory. Dále se zabývá vývojem mechanismů podpory a hodnotí systém podpory v EU. Analyzována je i spolupráce zemí v rámci energetické unie. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines the support systems for renewable energy sources in the European Union. It presents a framework for the support, which is formed at the level of the European Union. The thesis acquaints with individual support systems and also presents their application in practice on a case study of Germany and Spain. The work deals with support systems at the national and European level. The aim of the thesis is to present various alternatives of RES support, evaluation of their strengths and weaknesses and identification of those systems that I perceive as the most suitable for the development of the RES. The work seeks to find out how support is provided, what are its forms and what leads to changes in support mechanisms. It also deals with the development of support mechanisms and evaluates the support system in the EU. The cooperation of countries within the energy union is also analyzed. |
