| Abstract: | This paper starts with the relationship between business environment and FDI and verifies the impact of business environment on FDI through the PESTLE analysis of China's business environment and the status quo of FDI. Through the case analysis of Shanghai's business environment and FDI to further analyze the reform of China's business environment and FDI management. At last, the opportunities and challenges facing China in the business environment and FDI in the future are forecasted and suggested under the Sino-US trade frictions. |

| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vztahem mezi obchodním prostředím a PZI a ověřuje dopad obchodního prostředí na PZI prostřednictvím PESTLE analýzy čínského obchodního prostředí a současného stavu PZI. S využitím případové analýzy obchodního prostředí Šanghaje a PZI dále analyzuje reformu čínského obchodního prostředí a řízení PZI. Nakonec jsou diskutovány příležitosti a výzvy, kterým Čína v obchodním prostředí a PZI bude čelit. |
