| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá policejní spoluprací v rámci Evropské unie (EU) v boji proti obchodování s lidmi. Soustředí se na policejní spolupráci na úrovni EU, která probíhá především ve spojitosti s dvěma agenturami, kterými jsou Europol a Frontex. Obchodování s lidmi je závažný čin přeshraniční organizované kriminality, který je ve značné míře rozšířený i na území EU. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je na základě stanovených kritérií policejní spolupráce v oblasti obchodování s lidmi v EU úspěšná a jak probíhají operace již zmíněných agentur proti tomuto jevu ve stanoveném období mezi lety 2014 a 2018. Analytická část je rozdělena na dvě části a každá z nich má za cíl odpovědět na jednu z výzkumných otázek. První část analyzuje počty identifikovaných obětí obchodování s lidmi a pachatele této trestné činnosti a druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu konkrétních operací Europolu a Frontexu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with police cooperation within the European Union (EU) in the fight against human trafficking. It focuses on police cooperation at EU level, mainly in conjunction with two agencies, Europol and Frontex. Trafficking in human beings is a serious crime of cross-border organized crime, which is widespread in the EU. The aim of the work is to find out whether on the basis of the established criteria of police cooperation in the field of trafficking in human beings in the EU is successful and how the operations of the already mentioned agencies against this phenomenon take place in the specified period between 2014 and 2018. The analytical part is divided into two parts and each of them aim to answer one of the research questions. The first part analyses the numbers of identified victims of trafficking and perpetrators of this crime, and the second part focuses on the analysis of specific operations of Europol and Frontex. |
