| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem nové dohody mezi Evropskou unií a Mercosurem, konktrétně předpokládanými právními a ekonomickými dopady na trh ČR. Teoretická část nejprve představuje historický kontext vývoje samotného Mercosuru, dále pak vývoj vztahů Mercosuru s Evropskou unií. Také se věnuje obchodním vztahům České republiky se zeměmi Mercosuru, zejména s Argentinou a Brazílií. Druhá část je více praktická a věnuje se samotnému návrhu dohody. Analyzuje navrhované celní změny v souvislosti s dosavadní obchodní výměnou mezi Evropskou unií a státy Mercosuru. Zabývá se také kritikou dohody, která je vedena na možné nežádoucí následky vstupu dohody v platnost. V samém závěru se práce snaží odhadnout potencionální dopady na trh České republiky, obzvláště na dvě konkrétní odvětví, zemědělství a automobilový průmysl. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deal with the draft of a new agreement between the European Union and Mercosur, specifically with the supposed legal and economic impacts on the Czech market. The theoretical part firstly presents the historical context of the development of Mercosur itself, then the development of Mercosur’s relationship with the European Union. It also deals with the Czech Republic's trade relations with Mercosur, especially with Argentina and Brazil. The second part is more practical and deals with the draft itself. It analyses the proposed tariff changes in connection with the current trade between the European Union and Mercosur countries. It also discussed the criticism of the agreement, which is conducted on the possible undesirable consequences of the entry into force of the agreement. In the very end, the work tries to estimate the supposed impacts on the market of the Czech Republic, notably on two specific sectors, the agriculture and the automotive industry. |
