| Abstract: | With the reform and opening up of China, China joined the WTO and started to play the role of the world's factory in the world's economic activities, and most industrialized products made in china have become recognized worldwide. This thesis analyze the hard and soft environment for business and investment in China to prove that China is a country worth investing in. China has transformed and upgraded from a foundry model to a creation-oriented factory. Moreover, the Chinese government has sought to create a favorable development environment for high-tech enterprises by establishing economic development zones and high-tech industrial parks. Finally, constructive suggestions are given for ways to optimize the business environment and recommendations are made for investment sectors for foreign investors. |

| Abstract: | Společně s reformami a otevřením ekonomiky Čína vstoupila do WTO a začala hrát roli světové továrny ve světových ekonomických aktivitách, a nejvíce průmyslového zboží vyrobeného v Číně se stalo známým v celém světě. Tato práce analyzuje čínské prostředí pro podnikání a investování s cíle dokázat, že Čína je země, do které se vyplatí investovat. Čína se transformovala a povýšila z slévárny na kreativní továrnu. Navíc, čínská vláda zamýšlela vytvořit prostředí podporující rozvoj high tech průmyslu vytvořením ekonomických rozvojových zón a technologických parků. Nakonec, konstruktivní návrhy jsou předloženy na cesty jak optimalizovat podnikatelské prostředí a doporučení jsou vytvořna pro zatraktivnění investičního sektoru pro zahraniční investory. |
