| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá vyhodnocením povědomí spotřebitelů o mimosoudním řešení spotřebitelských sporů. Mimosoudní řešení spotřebitelských sporů je poměrně nově legislativně zakotvený systém v rámci ochrany spotřebitele v České republice. Systém by měl zajistit předně rychlejší a levnější proces urovnání spotřebitelských sporů a kvalitnější ochranu spotřebitele. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnotit povědomí spotřebitelů o mimosoudním řešení spotřebitelských sporů, a to za pomoci relevantních teoretických poznatků a vlastního dotazníkového šetření. K vyhodnocení napomohly mimo jiné informace získané z komunikace s Českou obchodní inspekcí a data o dosavadním využití systému mimosoudního řešení spotřebitelských sporů. Data o využití systému byla dále porovnána s obdobnými statistikami o využití systému pro mimosoudní řešení spotřebitelských sporů na Slovensku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the awareness of the consumers about alternative dispute resolution. Alternative dispute resolution is a relatively new form of consumer protection in Czech legislation. The system should ensure faster and cheaper process for settling consumer disputes and better consumer protection. The evaluation of the consumers’ awareness about the alternative dispute resolution was done using relevant theoretical knowledge and own questionnaire survey. The evaluation was aided by, among other things, information obtained from communication with the Česká obchodní inspekce and data on the current use of the system of alternative dispute resolution. The data on the use of the system were then compared with statistics on the use of an alternative dispute resolution system in Slovakia. |
