| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá reálnými aspekty fungování lokálních měn, přičemž klade důraz na problémy, s nimiž se fungující lokální měny potýkají. Podstatou práce je určit a zhodnotit tyto vlivy, navrhnout možná řešení problémů a přinést tím informace využitelné v praxi. Pro řešení byla použita data z existující literatury a výzkumu a dále provedeny hloubkové expertní rozhovory doplněné dotazníkem. Použitými metodami bylo zjištěno, že největším nebezpečím pro fungování lokální měny se jeví problém motivace a důvěry uživatelů. Hlavním přínosem této práce jsou pro praxi cenné informace, které mohou pomoci budoucím snahám o vytvoření a provozování lokální měny. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on aspects of the real operation of local currency systems, putting emphasis on the problems met by existing local currencies. The aim of the thesis is to identify and evaluate those factors, propose a solution to the problems and bring information useful for practice. Existing literature, research and also expert interviews supplemented with a questionnaire were used to bring an answer. It was found that the problem of motivation and confidence of users poses the greatest danger for operation of a local currency. The main outcome of the thesis is to present valuable information which may help the future initiatives with creating and running a local currency system. |
