| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je strategicky analyzovat makrookolí podnikatelského prostředí Brazílie a jak se na daném prostředí podílí stát. Na zpracování současného stavu makrookolí daného podnikatelského prostředí je použita PEST analýza, která je rozšířena o část legislativní a část kulturní. Makrookolí podnikatelského prostředí se tak jako PEST analýza skládá ze čtyř faktorů. Faktorů politických, ekonomických, sociálních a technologických. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické části, praktické části a zhodnocení. V první části je provedena literární rešerše zaměřená na metodologii PEST analýzy, ročenky konkurenceschopnosti a celkovou terminologii. Následně je v praktické části provedena podrobná PEST analýza jednotlivých faktorů, které ovlivňují dané podnikatelské prostředí. V poslední části bakalářské práce je vyhodnoceno, jak dané faktory ovlivňují podnikatelské prostředí Brazílie. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to strategically analyze the macro-environment of Brazil’s business environment and to analyze how does the state partake in it. A PEST analysis is used for this purpose and is extended by legislative and cultural factors. The macro-environment of a business environment is composed of four factors as well as the PEST analysis. Political, economic, social, and technological factors. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part, a practical part, and a final evaluation. In the first part, a literature research focused on the methodology of PEST analysis and the overall terminology is performed. Subsequently, in the practical part, a detailed PEST analysis of individual factors that affect the business environment is performed. The last part of the bachelor thesis is an evaluation of how these factors affect the business environment in Brazil |
