| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technologickou vyspělostí Singapuru a je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku technologické vyspělosti. Nejprve je zde definován pojem technologické vyspělosti, je zde stručně popsána její charakteristika a důležitost pro ekonomický a technologický vývoj. Dále se tato kapitola zabývá obecnou technologickou vyspělostí Singapuru, jsou zde charakterizovány a popsány nejdůležitější ekonomické ukazatele. Druhá kapitola určuje, popisuje a analyzuje nejdůležitější příčiny technologické vyspělosti Singapuru. Nejprve jsou zde podrobně tyto příčiny charakterizovány, a poté jsou na konci každé podkapitoly navrhnuta doporučení pro jiné státy, popřípadě i Českou republiku tak, aby země mohly zlepšit své ekonomické ukazatele a své postaveni ve světové ekonomice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the technological advancement of Singapore and is divided into two main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the general characteristics of technological advancement. First, the concept of technological sophistication is defined here, its characteristics and importance for economic and technological development are briefly described. Afterwards, this chapter deals with the general technological advancement of Singapore, it characterizes and describes the most important economic indicators. The second chapter identifies, describes, and analyzes the most important causes of Singapore’s technological advancement. These causes are characterized in detail, and then at the end of each subchapter, important recommendations are written for the implication for other countries, or even the Czech Republic, to improve their economic indicators and their position in the world economy. |
