| Abstract: | Pro firmy, v nichž působí interkulturní týmy, je získávání interkulturně kompetentního lidského kapitálu důležitým faktorem úspěchu. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem interkulturních kompetencí na ve středoškolském vzdělávání. Jejím cílem je zjištění explicitních postojů žáků konkrétní střední školy vůči vybraným národnostním skupinám a navržení tréninkového programu sloužícího k rozvoji interkulturních kompetencí. Konkrétně byla ve výzkumu zjišťována sociální distance a připisované atributy stereotypu pro celkem pět vybraných národnostních skupin. Výsledky ukazují, že žáci mají ke sledovaným skupinám obecně nízkou sociální distanci, zaujímaná sociální distance se významně liší v závislosti na národnosti. Některým skupinám respondenti také připisují významně více negativních atributů než jiným. Navržený tréninkový program je určen k využití na konkrétní škole, může však být realizován na jakékoli jiné střední škole i při práci s dospělými. |

| Abstract: | Acquisition of interculturally competent human capital is one of the crucial success factors for companies, where intercultural teams cooperate. This diploma thesis deals with the development of intercultural competence in secondary education. The goal is to find out the explicit attitudes of the students at a particular high school towards selected ethnic groups and to design a training program for the development of intercultural competences. More specifically, the research examined social distance and attributes attributed to five selected ethnic groups. Results show that pupils generally have low social distance to the observed groups, however, the social distance involved differs significantly depending on nationality. Respondents also attribute significantly more negative attributes to some groups than to others. The proposed training program is intended for use at the specific school, but it can be implemented at any other high school and also when working with adults. |
