| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje finanční a strategické analýze společnosti COMPAG VOTICE s.r.o. zabývající se odpadovým hospodářství v mikroregionu Votice. Cílem je zhodnotit celkovou situace ve firmě, efektivnost hospodaření se svým majetkem a úspěšnost ve svém konkurenčním prostředí. Vyhodnocení stavu firmy probíhalo na základě jejích údajů z rozvah a výkazů zisku a ztráty za sledované roky 2015 až 2019. Tyto data poté byla aplikována na teoretické ukazatele a modely finanční a strategické analýzy. Díky získaným výsledkům z analýz byl pak sestaven finanční plán na další tříleté období do roku 2022, jenž rovněž obsahoval návrhy na zlepšení a vizi budoucího fungování firmy. Návrhy se týkaly zejména inovování dosavadních služeb pomocí nových technologií v odvětví, které by firmě pomohly efektivněji vykonávat nabízené služby a stát se tak silným konkurentem v daném oboru v mikroregionu Voticka. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the financial and strategic analysis of the company COMPAG VOTICE s.r.o. dealing with waste management in the Votice microregion. The aim is to evaluate the overall situation in the company, the efficiency of managing its assets and success in its competitive environment. The evaluation of the company's condition was based on its data from balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the years 2015 to 2019. These data were then applied to theoretical indicators and models of financial and strategic analysis. Thanks to the results obtained from the analyzes, a financial plan was compiled for the next three-year period until 2022, which also contained suggestions for improvement and a vision for the future operation of the company. The proposals mainly concerned the innovation of existing services using new technologies in the industry, which would help the company to more effectively perform the services offered and thus become a strong competitor in the field in the Votice microregion. |
