| Abstract: | Obsahem této bakalářské práce jsou sociální práva, jejich zajištění a uplatnění v systému sociálního zabezpečení. Cílem bylo sociální práva definovat, nalézt jejich zdroje a popsat, jak je stát provádí. Velka pozornost je věnována hlavě čtvrté Listiny základních práv a svobod, v nichž jsou sociální práva obsažena. Dále práce také uvádí mezinárodní dokumenty přijaté Organizací spojených národů, Mezinárodní organizací práce a Radou Evropy zakotvující sociální práva na mezinárodní úrovně. Práce postupně popisuje systém sociálního zabezpečení České republiky a ukazuje, jak stát tato práva realizuje a za pomoci kterých dávek. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis contains social rights, securing and application of those rights in the social security system. The aim was to define the social rights, find their sources and describe how the state implements them. Great attention is dedicated to the fourths chapter of Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms which contains social rights. Furthermore, there are also mentioned international documents adopted by the United Nations, the International Labour Organization and the Council of Europe that enshrine the social rights at the international level. The thesis describes the social security system of the Czech Republic and shows how the state implements these rights and with help of what benefits. |
