| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci programu compliance, a to z pohledu teorie a praxe. Na programy compliance je zaměřena stále větší pozornost, proto cílem této diplomové práce je navržení vybraných oblastí programu compliance pro obchodní korporaci, na kterých jsou názorně ukázány výhody, které program compliance svou implementací přináší. Dílčím cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení současného stavu právních a ostatních předpisů, které oblast compliance upravují a následné porovnání tuzemského stavu se stavem zahraničním. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of the compliance program from the perspective of theory and practice. Because of the increasing attention on compliance programs, the aim of the diploma thesis is to design selected areas of compliance program for business corporation. The designed selected areas of compliance program visibly show the benefits that implementation of compliance program brings. A partial aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current state of legal and other regulations that regulate the area of compliance followed by comparison of the current state in Czech Republic with current state abroad. |
