| Abstract: | Umělá inteligence je fascinujícím fenoménem dnešního světa. Zastavit pokrok nejde, tudíž je nutné zajistit, aby se minimalizovaly negativní dopady. Státy by měli spolupracovat a vést aktivně diskuze nad otázkami, které mohou vyvstat využíváním technologie UI. Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit výsledky analýzy jednotlivých lidsko-právních aspektů v rámci zavádění umělé inteligence s důrazem na Evropskou unii a Českou republiku. Optikou komparace a analýzy se posoudí, zda je současně platná právní úprava schopna reagovat na technologický vývoj. Další kapitoly se zase zaměří na dopady umělé inteligence na lidská práva a svobody a zda nedochází k neoprávněnému zásahu. Tato práce se bude věnovat také ochraně citlivých dat, etickým dilema, institutem odpovědnosti za škodu, nebo možným právním konstruktem elektronické osoby. |

| Abstract: | Artificial intelligence is a fascinating phenomenon of today's world. Progress cannot be stopped, so it needs to be ensured, that negative impacts would be at the minimum. States should be collaborating and have open discussions on issues that may arise from the use of UI technology. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present findings from analysing human rights and legal aspects of implementing the artificial intelligence with an emphasis on the European Union and the Czech Republic. With the use of comparison and analysis, it will be assessed whether the applicable law can respond to technological development. Following chapters will focus on the effects of artificial intelligence on human rights and freedoms and whether there is any unauthorized interference. This thesis will also address the protection of sensitive data, the ethical dilemma, the liability for damage or a possible legal concept of electronic persons. |
