| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je komplexně představit problematiku pracovních podmínek leteckého personálu, a to konkrétně výkonných letců (pilotů) a palubních průvodčích a dále na základě empirického výzkumu zhodnotit jednotlivé aspekty pracovních podmínek, které na členy letových posádek v pracovním procesu přímo působí. Teoretická část práce je věnována jednotlivým faktorům, které utváří pracovní podmínky, představuje čtenářům posádku letadla jako specifickou pracovní skupinu s jedinečnou legislativní úpravou. Praktická část dále pomocí výsledků dotazníkového šetření hodnotí významnost jednotlivých pracovních podmínek poskytovaných členům leteckých posádek. Práce se důkladněji věnuje oblasti psychické a fyzické pracovní zátěže, organizaci práce a pracovní spokojenosti. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že letecký personál považuje za nejnáročnější aspekt fyzické pracovní zátěže zdravotní rizika spojená s výkonem práce, a to konkrétně hypoxii a biologické faktory. Nestabilita povolání byla prokázána jako nejvýznamnější faktor psychické zátěže posádek letadel. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the matter of working conditions of aircrews, namely pilots and flight attendants. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate individual aspects of working conditions, that directly affect aircrews in their work process. The theoretical part of this thesis introduces the factors that shape the working conditions and introduces the aircrew as a specific working group covered by unique legislation. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the results of conducted questionnaire survey to assess the significance of individual working conditions provided to aircrews by the airlines. The thesis deals more thoroughly with the issue of mental workload, work organization, physical workload, and job satisfaction. The conducted research has shown that aircrews consider health risks associated with work performance to be the most challenging aspect of physical workload, namely hypoxia and biological factors. Job insecurity has been proven to be the most significant factor in the psychological workload of aircrews. |
