| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření reálného podnikatelského plánu nově založeného mezinárodně orientovaného rodinného centra. Hlavním zaměřením tohoto rodinného centra je výuka a rozvoj jazykových schopností dětí i dospělých. Práce zohledňuje pandemii covidu-19 a její možné následky na budoucí provoz centra. Teoretická část této práce je věnována přehledu odborné literatury spojené s podnikatelským plánem. Jejím přínosem je například souhrn názorů soudobých autorů na význam podnikatelského plánu, popis typů podnikatelského plánu nebo účelný přehled jeho silných a slabých stránek. Praktická část přináší podrobně rozpracovaný podnikatelský plán konkrétního subjektu. Tato část obsahuje například analýzu trhu, marketingový a finanční plán nebo analýzu konkurence. Nedílnou součástí praktické části je také vyhodnocení ekonomické udržitelnosti projektu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the creation of realistic business plan for newly established and internationally oriented family center. The main focus of this family center is teaching and development of language skills of both children and adults. This thesis takes into consideration the COVID-19 pandemic and its possible consequences for future operation of the center. The theoretical part of this work is devoted to an overview of literary sources associated with the business plan. Its contribution is, for example, a summary of opinions of contemporary authors on the importance of business plan, description of different types of business plans or useful overview of their strengths and weaknesses. The practical part is focused on detailed business plan of a particular company. This section contains, for example, market analysis, marketing and financial plan or competition analysis. Important part of the practical section is also the evaluation of the economic sustainability of the project. |
