| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá start-upem jako fenoménem rozvoje mezinárodního obchodu. Poukazuje na teoretická východiska problematiky definice start-upů a jejich vývojových fází. Jsou zde nastíněny techniky na to, jak přijít na nápad a jak ho správně zrealizovat. Dále se práce zabývá možnostmi financování a podpory. Zaměřuje se na startupové ekosystémy a jejich hodnocení, valuaci start-upů a také na start-upy v mezinárodním měřítku. Hlavním přínosem této práce je v praktické části představen a analyzován reálný start-up, kde jsou poznatky z teoretické části ověřené v praxi. Je zde uvedena SWOT analýza a konkurence. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with a start-up as a phenomenon of the development of international trade. It points out the theoretical basis of the issue of defining start-ups and their development phases. There are outlined techniques on how to come up with an idea and how to implement it correctly. Furthermore, the work deals with the possibilities of financing and support. It focuses on startup ecosystems and their evaluation and also on start-ups on an international scale. The main case of this work is presented and analyzed a real start-up, where the findings from the theoretical part are verified in praxis. SWOT analysis and competition are presented here. |
