| Abstract: | This thesis investigates the issue of Sweden's current experience in integrating immigrants into the labor market. As a moral superpower, the country took in the most refugees per capita in the EU during the migration crisis of 2015. The aim of the thesis is therefore to establish the reasons for such a 'liberal' migration policy and the consequences it entails. In this context, the work is divided into three parts. First, the theoretical side of migration and integration is considered. Then, Swedish migration and integration policies are examined from a historical perspective so that they are ascribed to the contemporary experience of the country in the issue under study. Finally, the integration of immigrants into the labor market is analyzed primarily from an economic, but also from demographic, geographical and socio-political viewpoints. All this makes it possible to assess Swedish integration policy and its effectiveness. |

| Abstract: | Tato práce zkoumá současnou zkušenost Švédska v oblasti integrace přistěhovalců na trh práce. Jako morální supervelmoc přijala země během migrační krize v roce 2015 nejvíce uprchlíků na obyvatele v EU. Cílem práce je proto zjistit důvody takové 'liberální' migrační politiky a důsledky, které z toho plynou. V této souvislosti je práce rozdělena do tří částí. Nejprve je zvážena teoretická stránka migrace a integrace. Poté jsou švédské migrační a integrační politiky zkoumány z historického hlediska tak, aby byly připisovány současným zkušenostem země v daném problému. Nakonec je integrace přistěhovalců na trh práce analyzována především z ekonomického, ale také z demografického, geografického a sociálně-politického hlediska. To vše umožňuje posoudit švédskou integrační politiku a její účinnost. |
