| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zlepšování User Experience v agilních vývojových týmech. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření a ověření principů, které umožní agilně řízeným týmům zlepšovat prožitek koncového uživatele (User Experience). Práce se celkově skládá ze čtyř částí. První část práce se zaměřuje na metodiku diplomové práce a popisuje metody použité v diplomové práci. Druhá část práce teoreticky vysvětluje User Experience za pomoci odborných publikací. Kromě definice User Experience je tento pojem zasazen do širšího kontextu metodologie User Centered desing a odvětví Human Computer Interacion. Dále jsou v této části představeny základní UX artefakty a metody využívané ve vývoji softwaru. Zároveň jsou na základě dostupné literatury popsané hlavní problémy implementace UX do agilních metodik. Tato část poskytuje teoretický úvod k navržené sadě principů. Třetí část práce je empirická část, která se skládá z popisu vytváření, průběhu a analýzy výsledků dotazníkového šetření a akčního výzkumu. Dotazníkové šetření bylo realizováno v rámci konkrétní společnosti a akčního výzkumu se účastnil jeden konkrétní agilní tým. Výsledky těchto výzkumných metod byly použity jako podklad pro vytvoření sady principů umožňující agilně řízeným týmům zlepšovat prožitek koncového uživatele (User Experience). Poslední část práce obsahuje navrženou sadu principů, která je v závěru práce ověřena pomocí provedených kvalitativních rozhovorů s odborníky z praxe společně s písemným vyjádřením k těmto principům od dalších odborníků. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the topic of improving User Experience in agile development teams. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to create and validate principles that allow agile development teams to improve user experience. The diploma thesis consists of three parts. The first part of the thesis deals with the methodology of the diploma thesis and describes the methods used. The second part of the thesis theoretically explains User Experience based on literature. Furthemore this part puts UX in a broader context of User Centered design methodology and the field of Human Computer Interaction. The part also contains basic UX artefacts and methods that are used in software development; additionally, the main problems of implementing UX into agile methodologies are described there. This part provides a theoretical introduction to the proposed set of principles. The third part of the thesis is an empirical part which consists of a description of the creation, course and analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey and action research. The questionnaire survey was conducted within the specific company and one specific agile team participated in the action research. The result of these research methods were used for creating a set of principles enabling the agile team to improve user experience. The last part of the thesis contains a proposed set of principles which is verified at the end of the thesis by qualitative interviews with experts from practice and by written statements on the principles from other experts. |
