| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je blockchain a jeho využití na trhu dluhového kapitálu. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh architektury Proof of Concept (PoC) řešení. Blockchain patří mezi často zmiňované trendy na poli informačních technologií. Problematika decentralizovaných řešení je aktuálně velmi diskutovanou otázkou. V rámci této práce je nejprve na obecné úrovni popsáno, co je blockchain, jaké jsou jeho vlastnosti a principy fungování. S ohledem na konkrétní případ užití dochází ke specifikování trhu dluhového kapitálu a představení fintechu. V dalších částech této práce jsou definovány požadavky, které řešení založené na blockchainové platformě, musí splňovat. Tyto požadavky jsou kategorizovány dle dimenzí vycházejících z metodiky MMDIS. Na požadavky navazuje představení architektury PoC řešení. Architektura řešení je představena na pomezí Enterprise a Solution architektury. Detailní návrh technického řešení není předmětem této práce. Definované požadavky a návrh architektury jsou následně validovány s odborníky z praxe. V závěru práce jsou získané poznatky o požadavcích, architektuře a podmínkách splnění v praxi shrnuty. Závěr práce zároveň obsahuje možná rozšíření práce. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on a blockchain solution and its use-case in the debt capital market. The diploma thesis aims to create the architecture model of the Proof of Concept (PoC) solution. As blockchain is currently one of the frequently mentioned trends in the field of information technology the topic/issue of decentralized solutions is the hot topic of the industry. Firstly, the basics of blockchain are described. Concerning the chosen use-case, the debt capital market is specified as well as fintech is introduced. In the following part of this work, the requirements that a solution based on the blockchain platform must meet are defined. These requirements are categorized according to the MMDIS dimensions. The requirements are followed by the PoC solution architecture. The solution on the border of enterprise architecture and solution architecture is presented. The technical side of a specific solution is not the subject of the thesis. Defined requirements and the architecture design are then validated with experts. At the end of the thesis, the acquired knowledge about the requirements, architecture, and conditions for fulfillment in practice is summarized. The conclusion also contains possible extensions of the work. |
