| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu interní komunikace a sdílení dat ve společnosti ČEVAK a.s. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapování těchto činností. Pro získání komplexního přehledu o společnosti bylo v rámci empirického výzkumu použito dotazníkového šetření. Pomocí výzkumných otázek bylo zjišťováno, jaké prostředky zaměstnanci používají pro komunikaci a sdílení dat v rámci společnosti a jaké nástroje jim naopak chybí. Jedna z výzkumných otázek řeší, kolik času zaměstnanci věnují interní komunikaci a vyhledávání informací. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo 126 respondentů z celkem 211 oslovených zaměstnanců s pracovištěm v Českých Budějovicích. Druhá část se věnuje konkrétnímu problému. Byl vybrán jeden proces, u kterého byly identifikovány problémy se sdílením informací a komunikací. Tento proces byl za pomocí analýzy dokumentů, zúčastněného pozorování a rozhovorů s aktéry procesu popsán a graficky znázorněn. Následně byl vytvořen návrh nového procesu, který odstranil administrativní práci a data, která byla v rámci procesu duplicitně vytvářena. Oba grafické modely jsou uvedeny v příloze předkládané práce a jsou modelovány notací BPMN. |

| Abstract: | The Master's thesis addresses the issue of internal communication and data sharing in the company ČEVAK a.s. The main goal of the thesis is the mapping of internal communication and the sharing of data inside the company. For the purpose of obtaining a more complex overview a questionnaire survey was used as a part of empirical research. Investigative questions were used as a means to find out, which resources were being used by the employees for communication and data sharing inside the company, and which resources they lack. One of the investigative questions deals with the amount of time employees spend internally communicating and searching for information. A total of 126 respondents out of the 211 addressed employees of the České Budějovice branch have taken part in the survey. The second part is dedicated to a concrete problem. One process was selected for which the problems with information sharing and communication were identified. This process was with the help of document analysis, observation, and conversation (interview) with the actors in the process described and graphically represented. Afterwards a proposal of a new process was created which removed administrative work and the data that were duplicitly created during the original process. Both graphical models are listed in the appendix of the presented paper and are modeled using the BPMN notation. |
