| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje procesnímu řízení a jeho možným přínosům pro organizace ve stále rychleji se měnícím podnikatelském prostředí. Hlavním cílem práce je aplikace principů procesního řízení na konkrétní komerční organizaci dle metodiky MMABP. Dílčím cílem je prozkoumat problematiku procesního řízení v jeho širším kontextu a připravit metodický základ pro praktickou část práce. Vlastní text práce je rozdělen do několika částí. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši informačních zdrojů, pohled na kontext procesního řízení a zmapování metodiky MMABP. Analytická část obsahuje analýzu vybrané organizace z pohledu jejího byznys modelu, uspořádání a vnějších událostí a reakcí. Praktická část obsahuje hlavní výstupy aplikace metodiky MMABP ve vybrané organizaci, mezi které patří model systému procesů, který dává globální pohled na procesní uspořádání organizace, model systému objektů, který dává globální strukturální pohled na organizaci. Globální pohledy doplňují detailní pohledy na vybrané procesy a objekty, jejich kombinace pak vytváří výsledek této práce, jímž je do jisté míry ucelený a nový pohled na vybranou část organizace. Po vlastním textu práce následuje diskuse nad výsledky a poznatky. Nejdříve se diskuse zaobírá výstupy praktické části a jejími výstupy. Následuje diskuse nad možnostmi aplikace a vlivem procesního řízení na vybranou organizaci, která je rozdělena do tří částí, první z nich se věnuje zasazení identifikovaného klíčového procesu v rámci aktuální organizační struktury, druhá se věnuje systémovému zakomponování procesů do struktury organizace, třetí část se věnuje procesnímu řízení a jeho možnému vlivu na motivaci pracovníků organizace. Nakonec se diskuse přesouvá k metodice MMABP a poznatkům, získaným v průběhu její aplikace. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with process management and its possible benefits for organizations in an ever-changing business environment. The main goal of the work is the application of the principles of business process management to a specific commercial organization according to the MMABP methodology. The secondary goal is to examine the subject of business process management in its broader context and to prepare a methodological basis for the practical part of the work. The actual text of the thesis is divided into several parts. The theoretical part contains a research of information sources, a look at the context of business process management and mapping the MMABP methodology. The analytical part contains an analysis of the selected organization from the point of view of its business model, organizational structure and external events and reactions. The practical part contains the main outputs of the application of MMABP methodology in a selected organization, which include a process system model that gives a global view of the organization's processes, an objects system model that gives a global structural view of the organization. Global views complement detailed views of selected processes and objects, their combination then creates the result of this work, which is to some extent a comprehensive and new view of a selected part of the organization. The actual text of the thesis is followed by a discussion of the results and findings. First, the discussion deals with the outputs of the practical part and its outputs. The following is a discussion of the possibilities of application and the impact of business process management on the selected organization, which is divided into three parts, the first of which deals with the implementation of the identified key process within the current organizational structure, the second deals with the systematic integration of processes into the organizational structure, the third part deals with business process management and its possible impact on the motivation of employees of the organization. Finally, the discussion shifts to the MMABP methodology and the findings gained during its application. |
