| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na analýzu finančních kontrol účetnictví vybrané městské části hlavního města Prahy. Od obecného systému veřejné správy přes členění územní samosprávy, systému účetního výkaznictví a finanční kontroly tohoto zřízení se dostává až k jedné z 57 městských částí hlavního města: Praze 20 (Horní Počernice). V praktické části jsou demonstrována teoretická zjištění na reálných výstupech z kontrol i z rozhovorů se zaměstnanci úřadu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of financial controls of accounting of a selected district of the capital city: Prague. From the general system of public administration through the division of territorial self-government, the system of financial reporting and financial control of this establishment, it targets one of the 57 city districts of the capital: Prague 20 (Horni Pocernice). The practical part demonstrates theoretical findings on real outputs from supervisions and interviews with office staff. |
