| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh UX designu pro webovou aplikaci QuickJOBS zaměřenou na hledání práce pro studenty, za využití technik a postupů UX designu. Teoretická část práce představí pojem User Experience, jeho aspekty a klíčové disciplíny. Dále popíše jednotlivé fáze tvorby návrhu UX designu, včetně používaných technik a metod, specifikuje základní vlastnosti webových aplikací a pracovních portálů či aplikací na vyhledávání práce. V neposlední řadě se zaměří na uvedení do problematiky hledání práce studenty v České republice, kteří představují cílovou skupinu pro vytvářenou aplikaci. Praktická část vychází z procesu návrhu UX designu popsaného v teoretické části. Hlavním cílem praktické části je vytvořit uživatelsky přívětivý design pro webovou aplikaci zadavatele prostřednictvím výzkumu, interpretace poznatků a designování. Výstupem praktické části bude interaktivní prototyp, který bude testován s koncovými uživateli. Tato práce může sloužit jako přehled a vodítko pro začínající UX designéry při tvorbě UX designu webových aplikací. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this master thesis is to design UX for the web application QuickJOBS focused on job searching of students, applying current techniques and methods of UX design. The theoretical part of this thesis introduces the concept of UX, its aspects and its main disciplines. Furthermore describes the whole process of creating UX design including its relevant techniques and practices for various phases, and specifies the main characteristics of a web application and job search portals or applications for searching jobs. Last but not least this thesis introduces the process of job searching of students in the Czech Republic as they create the target group for the designed application. The practical part is based on the process of creating UX design described in the theoretical part. The main aim of the practical part is to create a user-friendly UX design for the client´s web application using research, interpretation of data and designing. The output of the theoretical part will be the interactive prototype tested with the target users. This master thesis can serve as an overview and guide for UX design beginners for creating UX design of web applications. |
