| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem kompetenčního modelu pro zavedení BICC v organizacích. Hlavním cílem této práce je sestavit kompetenční model pro role potřebné k zavádění BICC ve společnosti. Dalším cílem je popsat proces sestavování kompetenčního modelu. První část diplomové práce obsahuje obecné poznatky z oblasti business analytiky. Jsou zde definovány základní role této oblasti, které jsou následně doplněny o další role z oblasti Business intelligence competency center (BICC). Dále jsou zde charakterizovány modely a struktury BICC. V posledním oddílu této části diplomové práce je přiblíženo samotné kompetenční modelování, na kterém je založena další část této práce. V druhé části diplomové práce je popsán proces modelování kompetencí u příslušných BICC rolí. Výstupem této části je navržený kompetenční model pro společnost uplatňující BICC. Sestavený kompetenční model je převeden do interaktivní reprezentace v nástroji Power BI. Na závěr jsou uvedena doporučení pro využití kompetenčního modelu v praxi. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis evaluates the proposal of a competency model for the introduction of BICC in organizations. The main aim of this thesis is to compile a competency model for the roles needed to implement BICC in a company. Another aim is to describe the process of forming the competency model. The first part of this diploma thesis contains the general knowledge of business analytics. There are defined fundamental roles that are enhanced by other roles from the Business intelligence competency centre (BICC). Therefore, BICC´s models and structures are characterised. The last section of this part of this diploma thesis approaches competence modelling, on that the next part of this thesis is based. The second part of this diploma thesis describes the process of making competence models for the relevant BICC roles. The output of this part is the proposed competency model for the organization that applies BICC. The formed competency model is converted into an interactive representation in Power BI. Finally, recommendations for the use of the competency model in practice are given. |
