| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou komunity neslyšících a nedoslýchavých osob v ČR a kompenzačními pomůckami, jež komunitě pomáhají. Pozornost je zaměřena především na pomůcky, které obsahují hlasové technologie. Cílem práce je prozkoumat tuto problematiku blíže a navrhnout novou nebo vylepšit stávající technologickou pomůcku, která by komunitě více usnadnila život ve slyšící společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá v první řadě poznáním komunity neslyšících a nedoslýchavých na základě dostupné literatury. V druhé části se pak práce snaží přiblížit technologii zpracování řeči. Praktická část je uvozena rešerší stávajících studií zabývající se technologiemi vyvíjenými pro komunitu neslyšících a nedoslýchavých. Od této rešerše se odvíjela tvorba otázek pro polostrukturovaný rozhovor při kvalitativním výzkumu. Ten je realizován mezi experty z oblasti komunity neslyšících a nedoslýchavých v ČR. Výsledky výzkumu poukazují na důležitost osvěty o komunitě v rámci slyšící společnosti, a to až do té míry, že ji protagonisté stavěli nad důležitost kompenzačních pomůcek. V poslední kapitole je na základě výzkumu i poznatků z teoretické části práce zpracován návrh na vylepšení aplikace Záchranka, která by v nesnadných situacích mohla lidem s handicapem více pomoci. Jsou zde zahrnuty jak méně, tak i více finančně náročná vylepšení. Důležitým faktem je, že aplikace je již nyní hojně rozšířená v české populaci, a tím pádem by se navrhovaná vylepšení dostala snadněji k více uživatelům a reálně tak mohla pomoci. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of the community of deaf and hard of hearing people in the Czech Republic and compensatory aids that help this community. Attention is focused mainly on aids which utilize voice technologies. The aim of this work is to examine this area in more detail and to propose a new or improve an existing technological aid which would make life easier for this community in the hearing society. The theoretical part focuses primarily on attaining knowledge of the deaf and hard of hearing community based on the available literature. In the second part, the work tries to describe the technology of speech processing. The practical part offers research of existing studies dealing with technologies developed for the deaf and hard of hearing community. This research resulted in creation of questions for a semi-structured interview, which is later realised among experts from the community of the deaf and hard of hearing people in the Czech Republic. The results of the research show the importance of educating the community within the hearing society, to the extent that the protagonists placed it above the importance of compensatory aids. In the last chapter, based on research and knowledge from the theoretical part of the work, a proposal is made to improve the Záchranka application, which could help people with disabilities in difficult situations. Both less and more costly improvements are included. An important fact is that the application is already widespread in the Czech population, and thus the proposed improvements would reach more users more easily and could actually help. |
