| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou trhu se službami pro zpracování přirozeného jazyka (NLP), které lze využít přes rozhraní pro programování aplikací (API). Vzhledem k velkému výběru NLP služeb na trhu je v této práci analyzováno 8 vybraných řešení a běžně poskytované funkcionality, které tato řešení nabízí. Z této analýzy jsou pak vyvozeny závěry o trhu s NLP službami a doporučení ohledně výběru řešení. V úvodní části práce je popsána historie, technologie, trendy a důležité pojmy se kterými se lze setkat v oblasti NLP. Tato část práce naplňuje první cíl, kterým bylo zhodnocení aktuálního stavu poznání v oblasti NLP. K provedení analýzy trhu byla vytvořena kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýza vybraných řešení. Kvalitativní analýza byla provedena na základě zkoumání možností integrace řešení, příkladů využití a vlastností. V kvantitativní časti jsou dále řešení analyzována na základě 4 kritérií, kterými jsou cena, nabízené funkcionality, hodnocení zákazníků a získaná ocenění. Součástí práce je i odůvodnění pro výběr těchto metod a další přístupy, které lze použít k hodnocení jednotlivých řešení. Výběrem metody pro analýzu trhu NLP služeb byl splněn druhý cíl práce. Hlavní částí práce je analýza jednotlivých řešení, diskuze a následné zhodnocení. Z hodnocení jsou vyvozeny jak závěry o trhu s NLP řešeními, tak doporučení týkající se výběru vhodného řešení. V této části práce byly splněny poslední dva cíle, kterými bylo provést analýzu trhu NLP služeb a zhodnocení výsledků. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis deals with analysis of the market with natural language processing (NLP) services that can be used via an application programming interface (API). Due to the large selection of NLP services on the market, this work analyses 8 selected solutions and commonly provided functionalities that these solutions offer. From this analysis, conclusions are drawn about the market for NLP services and recommendations regarding the choice of solutions. The introductory part of the thesis describes the history, technology, trends and important concepts that can be encountered in the field of NLP. This part of the work fulfils the first goal, which was to evaluate the current state of knowledge in the field of NLP. To perform a market analysis, a qualitative and quantitative analysis of selected solutions was created. The qualitative analysis was performed on the basis of exploring the possibilities of integration of solutions, examples of their using and properties. In the quantitative part, the solutions are further analysed on the basis of 4 criteria, which are the price, offered functionalities, customer evaluations and obtained awards. Part of the work is the justification for the selection of these methods and other approaches that can be used to evaluate individual solutions. The second goal of the work was fulfilled by choosing a method for the analysis of the NLP services market. The main part of the work is the analysis of individual solutions, discussion and subsequent evaluation. Both conclusions about the market with NLP solutions and recommendations concerning the selection of a suitable solution are drawn from the evaluation. In this part of the work, the last two goals were met, which were to analyse the market of NLP services and evaluation of the results. |
