| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dopadem agilní transformace na pracovní spokojenost a well-being zaměstnanců velké bankovní instituce. Cílem práce je kvalitativně zmapovat důvody případné negativní či pozitivní změny v pracovní spokojenosti a well-beingu zaměstnanců v důsledku organizační změny vyvolané agilní transformací. Toho je docíleno na základě analýzy dat z osmi kvalitativních rozhovorů, které byly provedeny se zaměstnanci již zmíněné bankovní instituce, jež si agilní transformací prošla v uplynulých letech. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmů pracovní spokojenost, well-being zaměstnanců, organizační změna a agilní transformace, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení záměru této práce. Druhou a zároveň stěžejní částí práce je příprava rozhovoru na základě odborných článků, které jsou uvedeny v úvodu této práce, provedení rozhovorů a jejich kvalitativní analýza. Na základě kvalitativní analýzy jsou identifikovány faktory, které negativně či pozitivně ovlivnily pracovní spokojenost a well-being zaměstnanců v rámci agilní transformace. Dále je na základě provedených kvalitativních rozhovorů formulována sada doporučení pro efektivnější vedení agilních transformací. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on impact of agile transformation on job satisfaction and well-being of employees of a large banking institution. The main goal of the thesis is to qualitatively map the reasons for a possible negative or positive change in job satisfaction and well-being of employees due to organizational change caused by agile transformation. That is done with qualitative analysis of qualitative interview with eight interviews, which were taken with employees of the a forementioned banking institution, which has made an agile transformation in recent years. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part contains the definition of the concepts of job satisfaction, employee well-being, organizational change, and agile transformation, which are necessary to understand the intent of this work. The second most important part of the work is the preparation of the interview, on the basis, of professional articles, which are listed in the introduction of this work, conducting interviews and their qualitative analysis. Based on the qualitative analysis, the factors that negatively or positively affected the job satisfaction and well-being of the employees within the agile transformation are identified. Furthermore, based on the conducted qualitative interviews, a set of recommendations is formulated for more effective management of agile transformations. |
