| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou chatbotů a to z pohledu teorie tak i praxe. Jak chatbot pracuje, popíšu v kapitolách, ve kterých si povíme o zpracování přirozeného jazyka a dále o tom, jak chatbot na vstup reaguje a řídí konverzaci. Abych zúžil výběr mezi dodavateli, nastíním 7 různých kritérií, podle kterých dodavatele vybrat. Poté si povíme o alternativách chatbota jako je IVR, virtuální asistent a virtuální agent. Nakonec ve své práci porovnám mezi sebou chatboty z jedné oblasti a pokusím se chatbota vytvořit. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is about chatbot problematics from theoretical and practical approach. I will explain in chapters, how chatbot works, I will talk about natural langure processing and how chatbot reacts to user input. To narrow down the selection of vendors, I will write about 7 criterions for choosing the right one. After that I will write about alternatives of chatbot, such an IVR, virtual agent and virtual assistant. At the end of this thesis I will compare chatbots from one branch and I will try to create one chatbot on my own. |
