| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou argentinského důchodového systému od roku 1950 a predikcí finanční udržitelnosti do roku 2050. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat zaváděné reformy důchodového systému a na základě provedené predikce posoudit, zda je systém finančně udržitelný i do budoucna. Teoretická část vymezuje základní teoretická východiska penzijních systémů a porovnává jejich běžné modely. Praktická část představuje postupně zaváděné reformy. Z analýzy vyplývá, že penzijní systém v Argentině přešel z kolektivně kapitalizačních fondů přes kombinaci PAYG DB a FF DC na PAYG DC. Následně se zaměřuje na dopady na jedince, které indikují problém chudoby starodůchodců. Poté predikuje vývoj příjmů a výdajů důchodového systému do roku 2050. Z provedených výpočtů vyplývá, že od 40. let 20. století bude systém v postupně narůstajícím deficitu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the Argentine pension system from 1950 with the prediction of financial sustainability to 2050. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze introduced reforms of the pension system and assess, based on the prediction made, whether the system is financially sustainable in the future. The theoretical part defines theoretical basis of pension systems and compares their common models. The practical part represents gradually introduced reforms. The analysis shows, that Argentine pension system has evolved from collectively capitalized funds over the combination of PAYG DB and FF DC to NDC. Then focuses on impacts on individuals, which indicates the problem of old-age poverty. After that predicts the development of revenues and expenditures of the pension system until 2050. Calculations show, that the system will be in a gradually growing deficit from 2040s. |
