| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit systém poskytovaných benefitů ve vybrané společnosti. Na základě realizovaného dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci bylo provedeno zhodnocení spokojenosti s poskytovanými benefity a navržena doporučení. Pro zhodnocení interní komunikace a strategie v oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů byl realizován rozhovor s HR oddělením. První část této práce je věnována teoretickému přehledu problematiky zaměstnaneckých výhod včetně řízení lidských zdrojů, odměňování a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky realizovaného dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru na základě kterých byla zhodnocena současná situace zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti včetně návrhů na doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the system of benefits provided in a selected company. Based on the implemented questionnaire survey among employees, an evaluation of satisfaction with the provided benefits was performed and recommendations were proposed. An interview with the HR department was conducted to evaluate internal communication and strategy in the area of employee benefits. The first part of this work is devoted to a theoretical overview of employee benefits, including human resource management, remuneration and employee satisfaction. The practical part summarizes the results of a questionnaire survey and an interview on the basis of which the current situation of employee benefits in the company was evaluated, including proposals for recommendations. |
