| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu stávajícího způsobu sestavování kalkulací v konkrétním podniku, který se zabývá truhlářskou zakázkovou výrobou, a následné jeho zhodnocení a navržení optimalizačního řešení. Teoretická část je věnována dvěma propojeným problematikám a to nákladům, kde je vymezeno druhové a účelové členění nákladů, a kalkulacím, kde jsou definovány metody, principy a vzorce používané při jejich sestavování. Praktická část začíná představením analyzované společnosti. Dále se věnuje popisu stávajícího způsobu sestavování kalkulací a jeho kritickému zhodnocení. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků a poznatků z teoretické části jsou v závěru práce navržena řešení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení situace v podniku. Návrhy se týkají jiného, podrobnějšího členění nákladů a nového kalkulačního vzorce včetně popisu způsobu alokace nákladů k výkonu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of the current method of compiling calculations in a specific company, which deals with joinery custom production, and its further evaluation and suggestion of an optimal solution. The theoretical part is devoted to two interconnected problems, to costs, where the types of classification are defined, and the calculation, where the methods, principles and formulas used for its compilation are defined. The practical part begins with an introduction to the analyzed company. It also describes the current method of compiling the calculation and its critical evaluation. Based on several shortcomings and knowledge obtained from the theoretical part, there are solutions proposed at the end of this bachelor's thesis, which could lead to an improvement of the situation in the company. The proposals consist of a different, more detailed classification of costs and a new calculation formula, including a description of costs allocation. |
