| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza železničního dopravního trhu v České republice v období 2003-2018. Výzkum se zaměřuje na vývoj železničního trhu a popisuje současný i budoucí stav. V první části je popsán historický vývoj v železniční infrastruktuře, který byl základem pro další rozvoj trhu včetně legislativy. Následující část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol, kde je popsáno fungování trhu z pohledu organizací a dopravců, který se podílejí na tvorbě železničního trhu. Dále se tyto kapitoly věnují principům a současnému stavu infrastruktury. Poslední část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, ve kterých je podrobně rozebrána historie liberalizace, nákladní železniční doprava a aktuální nedostatky, které trápí železniční dopravu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the railway industry in the Czech Republic between the years 2003 and 2018. The research focuses on the development of the railway market, it describes its current state and predicts its future development. The first part presents the data linked to the historical development within the railway infrastructure which was the foundation for future development of the market including legislation. The next part is divided into two chapters which define the functioning of the market from the point of view of organizations that participate in creating and shaping the railway market. Next part is divided into four chpaters which look closer at the history of liberalization, rail freight transport and current weaknesses that affect the railway industry. |
