| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování finanční a strategické analýzy společnosti Kofola a.s. za období 2015-2019 s následným nastíněním finančního plánu na rok 2020. Práce je rozdělena na dvě větší části, metodickou a praktickou. V metodické části je popsána teorie finanční a strategické analýzy. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost, následně jsou aplikovány jednotlivé metody a výsledky porovnány s hlavními konkurenčními podniky, a na závěr sestaven finanční plán. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to perform financial and strategic analysis of Kofola a.s. for the period from 2015 to 2019 and then develop a financial plan for a year 2020. The work is divided into two major parts, methodological and practical. The methodological part describes the theory of financial and strategic analysis. In the practical part, the company is first introduced, then the individual methods are applied, and the results are compared with the main competing companies, and finally a financial plan is compiled. |
