| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá využíváním Energetických služeb se zárukou neboli EPC projektů v oblasti školství v kraji Vysočina. Jedná se o jeden z nástrojů na podporu ener-getické efektivity ve stávajících objektech. Práce se zaměřuje na hledání příčin rozdílného zájmu o EPC projekty ve školství v kraji Vysočina, oproti ostatním krajům. Pomocí smíšeného výzkumu byla získána data, na jejichž základě je možné identifikovat objektivní a subjektivní bariéry klíčových subjektů, které mohou bránit v realizaci těchto projektů. Situace na Vysočině je porovnána s Pardubickým krajem, záměrně vybraným pro svůj proaktivní přístup ohledně energetického managementu. Rozdíly mezi kraji jsou diskutovány s ohledem na vyskytující se bariéry. Výsledky ukazují, že do určité míry se mohou objevovat objektivní bariéry v rozložení škol v obcích různé velikosti. Za jednu z nejdůležitějších bariér je považována roční spotřeba energie školských objektů, jelikož udává hranici pro přijatelnost EPC projektů do energetického systému. Z hlediska subjektivních bariér byla zjištěna obecně nízká informovanost o těchto projektech mezi klíčovými subjekty. Celkově závisí na míře otevřenosti managementu obcí a na přístupu ke zlepšování energetické účinnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deal with the occurrence of EPC (Energy Performance Contracts) in the field of education in the region of Vysocina. The issue is one of the tools to support energy efficiency in constructed buildings. The aim of the thesis is to find out why these projects where not implemented in the Vysocina region in the same way as in other regions. Using mixed research, the data obtained identified objective and subjective barriers to key actors that may obstruct the implementation of these projects. The situation in the Vysocina region is compared with the region of Pardubice, deliberately chosen for its proactive approach to energy management. The differences between both regions are discussed with regards to the obstacles that occur. The results show that to some extent there might be objective obstacles in the layout of schools in municipalities of varying sizes. One of the most important obstacles is considered to be the annual energy consumption of school buildings, as it sets a limit for the acceptability of EPC in the energy system. From the point of view of subjective obstacles, generally low awareness of these projects was discovered as the key actors. Overall it depends on the degree of openness of the municipal management and on the approach to improving energy efficiency. |
