| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu a bossingu na základních školách v Praze. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak je vnímán mobbing a bossing v pracovním prostředí základních škol a popsat aktuální projevy těchto jevů, osobní zkušenosti zaměstnanců a jejich informovanost o dané problematice. Teoretická část popisuje základní charakteristiky šikany na pracovišti, její projevy a znaky a nabízí možnosti, jak se jí bránit. Praktická část se skládá z vlastního kvantitativního výzkumu a jeho porovnání s obdobnými výzkumy z několika odborných studií. Výsledky jsou v závěru praktické části porovnány s výzkumy ve školství a zdravotnictví. V závěru práce je aktuální situace vyhodnocena a jsou popsány vlastní návrhy na prevenci těchto jevů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis covers the issue of mobbing and bossing at primary schools in Prague. The aim of this work is to discover how mobbing and bossing is perceived in the working environment of primary schools and to illustrate the current manifestations of these phenomena, personal experiences of employees and their awareness of the matter. The theoretical part defines the essential characteristics of bullying in the workplace, its manifestations and signs and offers ways to defend against it. The practical part consists of own quantitative research and its comparison with similar research from several professional studies. The conclusion of the practical part compares the results of research with research in education and health care. The very conclusion of the work assesses the state of the current situation and provides its own proposals for the prevention of these phenomena. |
