| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje minipivovarům. Cílem práce je zjistit jak a do jaké míry může založení minipivovaru ovlivnit rozvoj obce a lokální kultury. Pro práci byly vybrány tři pivovary. Pivovar Chříč, pivovar Neratov a pivovar v Kostelci nad Černými lesy. Všechny tři pivovary jsou důležitou součástí lokální kultury a jsou spojeny s obnovou kulturních památek. Součástí práce jsou rozhovory s jednotlivými zástupci pivovarů, ve kterých je popsán přínos pivovarů pro obec a propojení s kulturním životem v obcích. Pivovary Chříč a Neratov jsou také sociálními podniky a je zmíněn i jejich přínos v tomto odvětví. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis is devoted to microbreweries. The aim of the thesis is to find out how and to what extent the establishment of a microbrewery can affect the development of the village and local culture. Three breweries were selected for the work. Brewery Chříč, brewery Neratov and brewery in Kostelec nad Černými lesy. All three breweries are an important part of local culture and are associated with the restoration of cultural monuments. Part of the thesis are interviews with individual representatives of breweries, which describe the contribution of breweries to the village and the connection with cultural life in municipalities. Breweries Chříč and Neratov are also social enterprises and their contribution in this sector is also mentioned. |
