| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je Digitalizace procesu nasazení dobrovolníků Českého Červeného Kříže do sociálních zařízení a nemocnic. Toto téma bylo značně ovlivněno pandemií covid-19, avšak není jí limitováno. Cílem práce bylo zanalyzovat stávající proces a navrhnout lepší tak, aby se zvýšila efektivita všech zúčastněných. Stávající proces byl nejdříve detailně popsán, stejně jako technologie, které v daných částech hrají důležitou roli. Následně byly k definici požadavků na vylepšený proces použity vlastní zkušenosti a také zkušenosti jiných dobrovolníků a koordinátorů z řad Českého Červeného Kříže. Na základě definovaných požadavků byla hledána co nejvhodnější řešení. Výsledkem této práce je optimalizovaný proces, díky kterému jeho aktéři mohou pro všechny nutné úkony a komunikaci mezi sebou využívat pouze jednu aplikaci. Po vylepšení a otestování procesu byly změny diskutovány se stejnou skupinou, která pomáhala při definici požadavků s cílem co nejobjektivněji posoudit správnost nového procesu. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor's theses is Digitization of the deployment of the Czech Red Cross volunteers into social care facilities and hospitals. This topic has been greatly affected by, but not limited to, the covid-19 pandemic. The aim of the theses is to analyse the currently used process and design a new one, which would increase the efficiency of all the involved parties. The current process and the technology used have firstly been described in detail. Subsequently, my own experience in addition to the experience of other volunteers and coordinators from the Czech Red Cross were used to define the requirements for the improved process. Based on the defined requirements, the most suitable solution was sought. The result of this theses is an optimized process, which enables all the parties involved to use and communicate in one platform. After improving and testing the process, the changes were discussed with the same group that helped to define the requirements to evaluate the new process as objectively as possible. |
