| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na seznámení se s podnikatelskou činností podniku zabývajícího se provozem vegetariánských bister, jeho následnou analýzou a zhodnocením této podnikatelské činnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou nastíněny metody, modely a postupy, které používáme pro zhodnocení podnikatelské činnosti podniku. Jejich výběr a následně vybrané ukazatelé jsou záměrně zvoleny i s ohledem na skutečnost špatných hospodářských výsledků analyzovaného podniku a dále s vizí zachování této podnikatelské činnosti do budoucna. Obdobně je postupováno v analytické části práce, kde pro pochopení ztrátovosti podniku je především použita metoda tzv. restrukturalizačního pětiúhelníku, business modelu a model INFA, které přehledně a komplexněji napomáhají ze všech úhlů pohledů pochopit příčiny ztrátovosti podniku a zároveň ukazují na rezervy, které podnik má a tím naznačují postupy vedoucí k lepšímu hospodaření podniku. V kapitole návrhy opatření je navržena jedna z cest, jak dosáhnout toho, aby podnikatelská činnost provozu vegetariánských bister byla zachována. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis is focused on analysis and evaluation of a company that is operating vegetarian bistros. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines approaches and methods, which we use to evaluate business activities of the company. All approaches and methods as well as subsequently selected indicators are deliberately chosen with regard to poor economic results of the company and the presumption of maintaining the business activity in the future. A similar procedure is followed in the analytical part of the thesis, where the method of the restructuring pentagon, the business model and the INFA model are used to understand the company's losses, which clearly and comprehensively help to understand the causes of the company's losses from all angles and at the same time show the reserves that the company has and thus indicate the procedures leading to better management of the company. In chapter "Návrhy opatření" we suggest a possible approach that would lead to stabilizing the company and maintaining business activity. |
