| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou podniku Palírna U Zeleného stromu a. s., který v současné době zaujímá druhou pozici na českém trhu s lihovinami. Hlavním cílem této práce je prostřednictvím strategické analýzy zachytit aktuální stav vybraného podniku v konkurenčním prostředí. Teoretická část práce se zabývá tématem strategické analýzy a je zaměřena na tvorbu podkladů pro vypracování praktické části. V praktické části je provedena analýza okolí podniku a jeho vnitřních zdrojů. Mezi metody použité při zpracování praktické části patří PESTEL analýza, charakteristika a konsolidační křivka odvětví, mapa konkurenčních skupin, model pěti sil, identifikace zdrojů, VRIO analýza, portfolio a finanční analýza. Na konci práce jsou výsledky jednotlivých analýz rekapitulovány metodou SWOT, na základě které jsou nabídnuty doporučení a návrhy ohledně budoucích aktivit Palírny U Zeleného stromu a. s. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the company Palírna U Zeleného stromu a. s., which currently holds the second position on the Czech market of spirits. The main goal of this thesis is to capture the current state of the selected company in a competitive environment through strategic analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the topic of strategic analysis and is focused on summarizing data for the development of the practical part. In the practical part is performed an analysis of the company's surroundings and internal resources. The methods that were used in the practical part include PESTEL analysis, characteristics and consolidation curve of the industry, strategic group map, Porter's five forces model, resource identification, VRIO analysis, portfolio and financial analysis. At the end of the thesis, the results of the analyzes are recapitulated using the SWOT method on the basis of which recommendations and suggestions regarding the future activities of Palírna U Zeleného stromu, a. s. are offered. |
