| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou zveřejňování architektur veřejných správ ve světě. Porovnává současný stav několika frameworků veřejné správy různých států. Základním cílem této práce je vytvořit doporučení pro zveřejňování architektury eGovernmentu ČR. Toto doporučení vychází z předběžného porovnání současného stavu frameworků vybraných států a nejlepších praxí, kterými se řídí při jejich zveřejňování. Mezí dílčí cíle patří porovnání frameworků, jejich vyhodnocení na základě předem stanovených dimenzí a výběr nejlepších praktik. Struktura práce je rozdělená do šesti kapitol – Úvod, Enterprise Architecture, eGovernment, Porovnání vybraných frameworků veřejných správ, Doporučení pro Českou republiku a Závěr. Teoretická část popisuje, co je Enterprise Architecture a eGovernment, včetně eGovernmentu v podmínkách České republiky. Praktická část definuje metodiku porovnání, popisuje vybrané frameworky a porovnává je. Pak následuje doporučení pro Českou republiku a celkové shrnutí práce v závěru. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of making the administration architectures public in the world. It compares the current state of several public administration frameworks of different governments. The basic goal of this work is to create recommendations for publishing the architecture of eGovernment in the Czech Republic. This recommendation is based on a preliminary comparison of the current state of the frameworks of selected countries and the best practices they follow when publishing them. The subgoals include comparing frameworks, evaluating them based on predetermined dimensions, and selecting best practices. The structure of the work is divided into six chapters – Introduction, Enterprise Architecture, eGovernment, Comparison of Selected Public Administration Frameworks, Recommendations for the Czech Republic and Conclusion. The theoretical part describes what are Enterprise Architecture and eGovernment, including eGovernment in the Czech Republic. The practical part defines the comparison methodology, describes the selected frameworks and compares them. This is followed by recommendations for the Czech Republic and a general summary of the work at the end. |
