| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma Insurtech, což je využití technologií v oblasti pojišťovnictví. Insurtech společnosti využívají inovace ke zvýšení efektivnosti a snížení nákladů při tvorbě nových pojistných produktů. Investice do začínajících společností během pandemie Covid-19 nám ukázaly velký potenciál tohoto fenoménu. Při tvorbě bylo analyzováno mnoho zahraničních článků a studií k vytvoření jednotného celistvého textu s cílem vysvětlit význam Insurtech, poukázat na využití několika typů technologie, aktuální trendy v pojišťovnictví a seznámit čtenáře s vybranými Insurtech společnostmi i jejich případným spojenectví s tradičními pojišťovnami. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of Insurtech, which means the use of technology in the field of insurance. Insurtech companies use innovations to increase efficiency and reduce costs when creating new insurance products. Investments in start-ups during the COVID-19 pandemic have shown us the great potential of this phenomenon. During writing thesis, many foreign articles and studies were analyzed to create a unified text in order to explain the importance of Insurtech, point out the use of several types of technology, current trends in insurance and acquaint readers with selected Insurtech companies and their possible alliances with traditional insurance companies. |
