| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce „Rozbor bezpečnostní politiky ve společnosti Generali Česká pojišťovna, a. s., se zaměřením na politiku hesel“ se věnuje oblastem informační bezpečnosti, které slouží k zabezpečení na úrovni přístupu jednotlivců do informační infrastruktury organizace Generali Česká pojišťovna, a. s. Cílem práce je zhodnocení aktuálního stavu heslové politiky používané ve společnosti Generali Česká pojišťovna, a. s., a v případě zjištění nedostatků následné vyvození konkrétních praktických doporučení k podpoření politiky hesel v popisované organizaci. Tohoto cíle je naplněno rešerší zkoumané oblasti, pozorováním, komunikací s techniky za účelem získání potřebných informací, srovnáváním stavu v organizaci oproti aktuálním doporučením, dotazníkovým šetřením, následnou analýzou nashromážděných dat a v poslední řadě také syntézou všech získaných poznatků plynoucí v navržení doporučení. Přínosem této práce jsou nové poznatky o trendech zaměstnanců organizace Generali Česká pojišťovna, a. s., v oblasti hesel a dále pak konkrétní praktická doporučení za účelem podpoření politiky hesel organizace Generali Česká pojišťovna, a. s. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis "Analysis of security policy in the company Generali Česká pojišťovna, a. s., focusing on password policy" is devoted to areas of information security, which serve to ensure the security of access of individuals to the information infrastructure of the described company. The aim of the work is to evaluate the current state of the password policy used in the company Generali Česká pojišťovna, a. s. In case of finding any imperfections or deficiencies, specific practical recommendations to support the password policy in the described company will be suggested. This goal is fulfilled by research of the described area, observation, communication with technicians in order to obtain the necessary information, comparing the current state in the company against current recommendations, questionnaire survey, subsequent analysis of collected data and last but not least synthesis of all findings in order to suggest particular recommendations. The contribution of this work is new knowledge in the field of password policy about the trends of employees of the company Generali Česká pojišťovna, a. s., as well as specific practical recommendations to support the password policy of the described company. |
