| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem nestátních neziskových organizací (NNO), jejich vedením a vlivem na místní rozvoj. NNO jsou nepostradatelnou součástí demokratických společností, protože poskytují služby v oblastech, kde veřejná správa a komerční podniky nejsou schopni tyto služby nabídnout vůbec nebo jen neefektivně. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza přístupu k vedení v nestátních neziskových organizacích a jejich vliv na místní rozvoj. Výzkum byl proveden na základě kvalitativního šetření. Konkrétně šlo o polostrukturované rozhovory s 13 vedoucími pracovníky nestátních neziskových organizacích v Českých Budějovicích. Názory představitelů místní veřejné správy na NNO byly získány prostřednictvím e-mailu. Výsledky výzkumu poukazují na důležité prvky, které vedoucí pracovníci používají v rámci svého vedení a vytváření partnerských vztahů, nejčastěji jde o jejich komunikační schopnosti. Společným znakem pro místní rozvoj, vytváření partnerské spolupráce a úspěšnost organizace je jejich smysluplná a potřebná činnost. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this master thesis is to analyse non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs), leadership in such organizations and influence on local development. NGOs are an indispensable part of democratic societies. The services are provided in areas where public administration and commercial enterprises will not be able to offer the service at all or inefficiently. The aim of this master thesis is to analyze the approach to leadership in non-governmental non-profit organizations and the influence of such organizations on local development. The research was carried out on the basis of a qualitative survey, specifically semi-structured interviews with 13 executives of non-governmental non-profit organizations in České Budějovice. The opinions of local government representatives on NGOs were obtained via e-mail. The results of the research point to important elements that leaders use in their leadership and in partnerships, the main tool applied in such areas are communication skills of leaders. Meaningful and necessary work of NGOs is a common feature for local development, building strong partnerships and success of the organization. |
