| Abstract: | Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá návrhem uživatelského prožitku v mobilních aplikacích a optimalizací uživatelského prožitku v konkrétní mobilní aplikaci. Cílem práce je optimalizovat uživatelský prožitek v existující mobilní aplikaci Sharry Workplace za pomoci metodiky Lean UX a zdokonalit tak používání aplikace dle definovaných klíčových hodnot od vedení společnosti vlastnící tuto mobilní aplikaci. První část práce seznamuje čtenáře s možnostmi návrhu a optimalizace uživatelského prožitku pomocí klasických metodik, které poté porovnává s metodikou Lean UX. Následuje detailní popis jednotlivých postupů této metodiky a na závěr první kapitoly práce seznamuje čtenáře s oblastí technologie nemovitostí do které vybraná mobilní aplikace spadá. Na teoretickou část práce navazuje analýza skutečné mobilní aplikace pomocí nástroje Google Data Studio a dle tížených metrik práce aplikuje principu návrhu uživatelského prožitku metodikou Lean UX a snaží se optimalizovat uživatelský prožitek dle postupů definovaných vteoretické části práce. Výstupem práce je optimalizovaný prototyp mobilní aplikace, který je v závěru práce podroben uživatelskému testování a zhodnocení Product Ownerem originální aplikace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the user experience design in mobile applications and the optimalization of the user experience in a specific mobile application. The aim of the work is to optimize the user experience in existing mobile application Sharry Workplace using the Lean UX process and thus improve the use of the application according to defined key metrics from the management of the company owning this mobile application. The first part of the work acquaints the reader with the possibilities of designing and optimizing the user experience using classical methodologies, which is then compared with the Lean UX process. The following part of the work describes the individual procedures of the Lean UX process and at the end of the first chapter the work introduces the reader to the field of real estate technology to which the selected mobile application belongs. The theoretical part of the work is followed by an analysis of a real mobile application using Google Data Studio and applies the principles of user experience design using Lean UX process and optimizes the user experience according to the procedures defined in the theoretical part so that the required metrics are met. The output of the work is an optimized prototype of analyzed mobile application, which is subjected to user testing and evaluation by the Product Owner of the original application at the end of the work. |
